Paediatric Allergist and Immunologist
Dr Tan is a Paediatric Allergist and Immunologist. He undertook his medical studies at Sydney University and graduated in 2003. Following general paediatric training, he undertook further sub-specialty training in immunology and allergy at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead and attained his FRACP in Paediatric Immunology and Allergy in 2010.
He is a staff specialist in Allergy and Immunology at Children’s Hospital at Westmead, an associated clinical lecturer with the University of Sydney and is also the primary investigator in a trial based at Children’s Hospital at Westmead which is looking into the primary prevention of egg allergy.
His areas of interest include general paediatric allergy, immunotherapy, allergic rhinitis and severe eczema.
