About the Role
Psychiatrist - Sleep, Insomnia and ADHD Focus (Independent Contractor)
As a Psychiatrist at the Woolcock Clinic, you will:
- Provide comprehensive mental health assessements and individualised treatment plans for patinets with sleep disorders, including insomnia and other related conditions
- Manage and treat adult patients with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and psychologists to deliver integrated patient care
Qualifications/Skills/Certification
- Fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) or equivalent
- Demonstrated interest and experience in sleep medicine, particularly insomnia
- Experience in managing adult ADHD and other neurodevelopmental disorders
- Strong commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centred care
- Eligibility for a Medicare provider number to offer rebated services
- An Australian Business Number (ABN) and professional indemnity insurance
