CPAP Therapist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a casual CPAP Therapist to join our Therapy Centre. You will thrive in a busy, patient-first environment providing person-centred care to patients completing sleep studies. The CPAP Therapist works in collaboration with sleep technicians, clinical care providers, clinicians, and customer service specialists to provide direct patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing CPAP care to patients according to a Physician's prescription
- Perform education for patients on all aspects of CPAP treatment
- Provide technical troubleshooting of CPAP problems experienced by patients on, or new to, CPAP treatment
- Liaise with administration staff regarding the booking of CPAP patients.
- Patient billing, payments, and updating of files
- Ordering and unpacking stock
- Sterilising and cleaning equipment
- General administrative duties
Essential criteria
- Experience as a CPAP or respiratory therapist
- High level of patient care and customer service
- An eye for detail
- High ethical standard
- Professional presentation and a ‘can do’ approach.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, carers, other care providers, hospital clinicians, immediate team members, and other stakeholders
