Now that we’re starting to travel more, jet lag is once again becoming a part of our lives. The Woolcock’s Professor Ron Grunstein AM talks to Josh Szeps on ABC Radio Sydney Afternoons about strategies you can adopt to minimise your jet lag.



Josh and Ron cover a wide range of topics, including what causes jet lag, what makes it worse, wakefulness promoters such as modafinil, the impact of light and dark and direction of travel, the science of jet lag and airline claims about ways they can reduce jet lag.
