Wayne is an experienced Chairman, Non-Executive Director and corporate executive with over two decades of board-level experience. He brings more than 30 years of expertise as a lawyer and senior executive to the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research board, having managed strategy, operations, corporate governance, risk, and compliance for major global organisations.

He currently serves as the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Resimac Group Limited and the Independent Chair of the Board of Hicksons Lawyers. Previously, Wayne was the CEO/Managing Partner of Norton Rose Fulbright Australia and served on the firm's Global Executive Committee in New York. He has extensive non-profit and committee experience, including chairing the Audit and Risk Committee for Asia Society Australia and serving as a Chairman and board member for the University of Cape Town Australian Trust.

Wayne holds a Master of Science in Management from Oxford University, Bachelor of Laws and Commerce degrees from the University of Cape Town, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
