Charlie Taylor has more than 30 years’ experience in international advisory specialising in Health and Public Sector practices. He has advised many of Australia’s private and public sector healthcare organisations on topics including strategy, digital, operations and growth transformations, global expansion and supply chains, mergers and acquisitions and board governance. He retired as a senior partner of McKinsey and Company in 2020, and advised the health and public sector practices as a senior advisor until 2026. He is a GNG Partners Senior Advisor (2025-), Honorary Treasurer Federal Liberal Party (2020-), Chair St Andrew’s College (2012-2021), Deputy Chair St Andrew’s College Foundation (2015- ), Kings School Councillor and Foundation Director (2020-), Investor with focus on Ag, Health & Education and serves on a number of private and not-for-profit boards inclucing NED McLaughlin Pastoral (2015-), Healius (2022-), Research Australia (2026-) and the Woolock Institute of Medical Research.
