An exciting new position is available for suitable Sleep Technician who enjoys night work. You will be engaged in the setup, care and performance of usual clinical diagnostic and CPAP titration patient polysomnography, as well as being exposed to our cutting edge sleep research in the areas of quantitative EEG analysis, COPD, obstructive sleep apnoea and clinical trials. We offer permanent position in our busy 14 bed research and clinical sleep unit.
Sleep technician with experience in a patient focused role which required strong patient empathy. You enjoy customer facing roles and ready to collaborate with patients, relatives, technical and other sleep unit staff.
You have excellent organisational abilities with an eye for detail. As well as excellent written and oral communication skills. You have a strong work ethic and capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
You are ready to assist with the maintenance and daily running of the sleep lab. You are comfortable with technology, especially in relation to medical and technical software. You have full working rights in Australia
