This opportunity will see you responsible for administrative support to the teams, managing patients’ appointment bookings, reception services, and providing excellent support to our specialist clinicians.

This role will be based at the Woolcock’s new premises at 2 Innovation Road, Macquarie Park (within Macquarie University precinct).
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to allied health specialists / clinicians and staff, including scheduling appointment bookings, managing calendars, handling phone calls and emails in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
