Event overview: Science EXPOsed is a free two-day event for Year 8 & 9 students to explore the latest in science and technology and learn more about careers in science.
Science EXPOsed introduces students to the myriad of possibilities of a career in science as well as uncovering the truth that science can be fun, cool, inspiring and it can change the world!
The event features a wide selection of interactive exhibits, workshops, science shows, panel discussions and competitions for students to participate in. There are also many hands-on experiments such as learning how to solve crimes using DNA and forensic evidence, exploring the wonders of cryogenics, creating electronic circuits and exploring the wonders of science in movies from blue screen to 3D technology.

Event overview: This course, run by Sleep and Circadian Group of the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research, provides a comprehensive coverage of topics and skills for those wanting to: work in a sleep laboratory, embark on sleep research, sit the BRPT exam or for those just wishing to know more about sleep medicine.
This practical course in the clinical and technical aspects of sleep science incorporates both lectures and small group tutorials with ample opportunity for hands-on practice, discussion and questions.
