Dr Delwyn Bartlett is a health and research psychologist
who established a group programme for the treatment
of insomnia at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. The positive
research outcomes from this programme have formed the
basis for the current insomnia workshops that are run at the
Woolcock Institute of Medical Research.
Delwyn also works in private practice at the Sleep Disorders
Service at St Vincent’s Clinic and at Hornsby Sleep Clinic.
Delwyn has a PhD from The University of Sydney, is involved
in a number of areas in sleep and circadian research at the
Woolcock Institute of Medical Research; and is associated
with the Australian Sleep Trials Network.
